Immediate Maintenance Technician Needed

We are seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team full time. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide variety of maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and more. Skills:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Manual dexterity and critical thinking skills
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems
• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Inspect and schedule repairs for alarm systems
• Perform manual repairs when necessary
• Undertake activities of pest control
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other assigned tasks
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed
