Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine exact specifications.
• Select and set up the right tooling, fixtures, and machines for each project.
• Operate machinery with finesse to ensure high-quality production with minimal supervision.
• Conduct regular inspections of your work to maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve machining challenges.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
• The candidates must be strong skilled with manual machines and set ups.
• Rotating Equipment experience is a huge plus.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a vocational degree in machining preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in manual machining, with proficiency in operating lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Solid understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment and adhere to safety guidelines.
