Currently seeking we are seeking a Mid-Level Manual Software Tester with 2–5 years of experience to join our team in Merrifield Virginia. The ideal candidate will create and execute test cases, ensure software quality, and work closely with developers and project teams. Location: On Site Merrifield VA (possible Hybrid after Training) Position: Mid-Level Manual Software Tester - Full time Responsibilities Develop, document, and execute manual test cases based on requirements and design specifications
Write and maintain simple test cases using Microsoft Excel
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
Collaborate with the QA team and developers to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues
Provide feedback on software usability and suggest improvements
Ensure testing activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in manual software testing
Proficiency in creating and managing test cases in Excel
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills Eligibility Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Must have continuously lived in the United States for the last 7 years
