Job Description

First and Second Shift $18-19/hr

Join a dedicated team in the medical field where you will be responsible for assembling various medical devices using hand tools and microscopes. This role requires precision and the ability to adapt to potentially complex processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.
  • Cross-train at different assembly stations.
  • Utilize blades, cutters, and microscopes to maneuver small components.
  • Work under a microscope to ensure precision and accuracy.
  • Maintain and operate within a full clean room environment.

Essential Skills

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong reading and writing comprehension.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Great hand dexterity and the ability to maneuver small components.
  • Understanding of measurements with rulers and calipers.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work overtime.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Preferably 6 months or more of experience in medical assembly or manufacturing/assembly.
  • Experience with microscopes and cleanroom environments is beneficial.
  • Ability to identify colors for labeling purposes.
  • Candidates with longevity in previous positions and a desire for long-term career opportunities are preferred.
  • Open to candidates willing to learn and take direction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
