MA II - 5 years of directly related experience as a Medical Assistant with Certification/Registration as a Medical Assistant. OR 6 years of directly related experience as a Medical Assistant with no Certification/Registration as a Medical Assistant. *Dept Family Medicine may require 5 years of direct face to face customer service including cash handling or collections experience within a medical office, healthcare setting or other service-related industry AND 3 years if directly related experience performing phlebotomy.
