Los Gatos/ Campbell, CA $27–$32/hour 4-month contract, potential for temp-to-hire 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (some flexibility) On-site in Los Gatos, CA About the Role Join our small, hands‑on manufacturing and R&D team as a Medical Device Assembler . You'll build and inspect precision components, support engineers, and contribute to both production and prototype devices. Key Responsibilities Assemble and bond small components using adhesives, heat, UV cure, or lamination. Solder wires and small parts under a microscope; perform rework as needed. Follow Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs) and complete required documentation (DHR). Pick materials using BOMs; ensure materials and tools are ready for daily work. Perform in-process inspections and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Communicate issues clearly with supervisors and engineers. Adhere to cleanroom, safety, and GMP/GDP protocols. Qualifications High School diploma or GED 3–5+ years in medical device assembly. Experience with soldering, bonding, adhesives, and fine‑detail work under a microscope. Familiar with GMP, 5S, and cleanroom environments. Able to read BOMs, schematics, and work instructions. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and good documentation habits. Team player with strong communication and time‑management skills.
