**Job Summary and Responsibilities** The OB Technician provides nursing support for a specific patient population under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and indirect supervision of the Nurse Manager. This role ensures patient care is delivered in alignment with hospital policies and procedures while upholding the Mission and Core Values of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist with patient care tasks for a selected population, following hospital guidelines and under RN supervision. + Support the hospital's strategic plan and participate in quality improvement initiatives. + Demonstrate behavior consistent with the hospital's Mission and Core Values. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork, patient-centered care, and contributing to the hospital's quality and process improvement goals. **Job Requirements** + One (1) year experience as a Surgical Technician is required. + High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. **Where You'll Work** Founded in 1910, Dignity Health - Community Hospital of San Bernardino is a 347-bed, acute care, nonprofit, community hospital located in San Bernardino, California.
