Your Role in Patient Recovery

In this role, your influence extends beyond just treating physical issues; you will also facilitate the restoration of daily routines, rebuild patient confidence, and reignite the joys of living. Whether it means helping stroke patients improve their fine motor skills or guiding orthopedic patients as they regain post-surgical mobility, your expertise will be essential in offering individualized care that fosters both resilience and independence.

Here, we believe in personalized care, where every patient is treated as a unique story, and every therapeutic session serves as a pivotal chapter in their journey of recovery. Collaborate closely with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and social workers to create rehabilitation strategies that resonate with the individuality of the patients.

The Team and the Tapestry of Norfolk

We pride ourselves on creating a vibrant team atmosphere. At our facility, colleagues don't merely show up for their shifts; they uplift each other, exchange knowledge, and celebrate achievements-both big and small-as a united family. Here, your contributions matter, your professional growth is cherished, and your daily impact is evident.

Now, let's talk about the locale: Norfolk, Virginia , where life effortlessly blends the charm of coastal living with rich historical significance. Picture a community where the waterfront beckons; it's not just a place to work, but a landscape where you can enjoy fresh seafood while watching the sunset over the Elizabeth River.

Explore the thriving arts scene, where galleries and museums showcase local talent alongside world-renowned exhibitions. Delight in the eclectic culinary experiences ranging from artisanal coffee shops and food festivals to heritage restaurants with spectacular waterfront views. The area fosters connections through hidden gardens, lively farmers' markets, and a vibrant community spirit that makes it more than just a place to live-it's a life worth exploring.

Who We're Looking For

We seek those who view occupational therapy as more than just a career but as a heartfelt calling. We are looking for individuals who feel a surge of joy when a patient regains their hand function, walks with increased independence, or conveys a story they had previously been unable to express.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a fresh graduate, your potential to thrive here lies in the heart, enthusiasm, and commitment to your work. If you are excited by the prospect of marrying exceptional patient care with an abundant lifestyle, your ambitions have found a perfect match.

Join Us in Crafting a Meaningful Future

This is more than just an invitation for a job; it's an opportunity to contribute to something greater. Your work will impact lives, fuel recoveries, and help restore what matters most. And all of this happens in a community celebrated for its spirited blend of ambition and tranquility.

If you are ready to advance your career while engaging in a community that genuinely values its people, we are excited to meet you.
