Job Title: Order Fulfillment Associate

Location: Sunbury, PA

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team. The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately packing customer orders of coffee, tea, and merchandise for shipment via local carriers. This role is critical in ensuring our customers receive their products correctly and on time.

What You'll Do:

• Pick and pack coffee, tea, and related products according to order details.
• Grind coffee to the customer's requested specification prior to packing, ensuring accuracy and freshness.
• Ensure packaging meets quality and freshness standards.
• Print shipping labels and prepare packages for pickup by local carriers.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
• Report inventory discrepancies or product issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with other tasks as needed (e.g., restocking supplies, cleaning).

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production or order fulfillment environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Passion for coffee and commitment to continuous improvement
