Outside Sales Representative – San Antonio, TX

Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 + Commission and Bonuses

We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell staffing services to the construction, warehouse, and light industrial industries . Prior outside sales experience is not required—we will train the right person!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals while maintaining and growing existing client relationships
• Compile leads from various sources (lead generation tools, directories, networking events, etc.)
• Travel within the San Antonio metro area to meet with clients and prospects
• Quote pricing and credit terms, prepare sales contracts, and assist clients with onboarding
• Conduct job site surveys for new and existing clients
• Prepare periodic sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities
• Maintain accurate client and prospect records in proprietary software
• Attend after-hours networking events and be available to take client calls on nights and weekends

• Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
