Are you an CDL owner-operator looking for a reliable dispatch services to help you grow your business? TMB Dispatch Services is seeking motivated and skilled owner-operators to partner with. Let TMB Dispatch Services handle your paperwork, load booking and communication with brokers. Tmb will handle the back-end-work, so you can focus on driving and growing your business. 

Serivces

• Coordinating Freight Movement:  Arranging pickups, deliveries, and routes for owner-operators.
• Communicating With Drivers: Providing updates, instructions, and support to drivers.
• Managing Logistics: Tracking shipments, monitoring delivery times, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting issues like delays, route changes, or equipment problems.
• Building Relationships:  Working with brokers, shippers, and drivers to build strong relationships.
• Updates:  On all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
• Optimizing Routes:  Finding the most efficient routes to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Paperwork And Documentation:  Manging paperwork, such as load confirmations and delivery recripts.

Qualifications

• Active Authority
• MC, DOT, & W9
• Active Insurance Certificate
• Familiarity with navigation systems.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) for most.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $3,000 +
