Serivces
- Coordinating Freight Movement: Arranging pickups, deliveries, and routes for owner-operators.
- Communicating With Drivers: Providing updates, instructions, and support to drivers.
- Managing Logistics: Tracking shipments, monitoring delivery times, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting issues like delays, route changes, or equipment problems.
- Building Relationships: Working with brokers, shippers, and drivers to build strong relationships.
- Updates: On all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Optimizing Routes: Finding the most efficient routes to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Paperwork And Documentation: Manging paperwork, such as load confirmations and delivery recripts.

Qualifications
- Active Authority
- MC, DOT, & W9
- Active Insurance Certificate
- Familiarity with navigation systems.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) for most.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
