As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will amplify our message and reach through effective digital campaigns. You will create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while aligning with LunaJoys values of compassion, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads search, display, and video campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
• Develop and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, ensuring alignment with LunaJoys goals and values.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to meet KPIs.
• Allocate advertising budgets across platforms for maximum ROI.
• Implement strategic audience targeting and segmentation based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with the LunaJoy team to align campaigns with overall brand strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
• Independent work ethic with effective time management.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $8.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Interview Process

HR Screen

The first phase involves an initial screening with HR to discuss experience, skills, and alignment with LunaJoys values and culture.

Second Phase With Hiring Manager

Candidates who pass the HR screen will interview with the Hiring Manager to assess technical abilities, role-specific competencies, and fit.

Offer Stage

Successful candidates receive a formal offer outlining compensation, benefits, and role details, allowing final questions before decision.

Onboarding & Training

Once the offer is accepted, onboarding begins with tool setup, system learning, and role-specific training to ensure a smooth transition from day one.
