In this role, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their cannabis needs, providing education on products, and ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment. Your passion for cannabis and commitment to accountability and adaptability will help create a unique and personalized experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they enter the dispensary, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Educate patients on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates, to help them make informed decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, providing solutions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance regulations to ensure the highest level of service.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and uphold the company's values of accountability, adaptability, and humor.

Salary

$15 - $16 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse patients.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A genuine passion for cannabis and a desire to educate others about its benefits.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
