We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Test Engineer to join our team in support of a healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and executing test strategies for PeopleSoft applications (HCM and FSCM) , ensuring high-quality implementations through manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution:
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional/technical requirements.
• Conduct system integration, functional, regression, and performance testing for PeopleSoft modules.
• Validate test data using SQL queries and ensure end-to-end testing coverage.

Defect & Issue Management:

• Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues.

Test Automation:

• Develop/maintain automated test scripts using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) .
• Optimize test automation suites for efficiency and coverage.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Generate detailed test reports (coverage, results, defect trends).
• Maintain up-to-date testing artifacts and processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist end-users with test execution.
• Work with project teams to ensure smooth deployments.
