What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, maintenance, and logistics.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Develop and mentor team members to support growth and performance.

Work Environment
This role is based in a dynamic industrial setting, requiring regular presence on the plant floor and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and heavy machinery.
