Position Overview
The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations within the facility, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality production, and adherence to safety standards. The role requires a strategic leader capable of driving operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the plant to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and develop plant personnel to create a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management or plant operations.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
