Your Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with Polish-speaking clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide assistance in a professional and friendly manner. Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure effective service delivery. Identify and implement improvements based on client feedback and needs. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless and cohesive client experience. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your service skills and product knowledge. Requirements Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field is desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
