In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Polish-speaking customers, guiding them through inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our services. Your ability to connect with customers and resolve their issues will be key to their satisfaction and our overall success. Your Responsibilities Assist Polish-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about our offerings. Document all customer interactions to maintain accurate records for future reference. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service delivery. Engage in ongoing training to expand your product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly indicated in your C.V. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in customer support is preferred, but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities. A collaborative team player who maintains a positive and proactive attitude.
