In the position of Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success with our products and services. Your Responsibilities Act as the main liaison for Polish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Collect and analyze feedback from customers to provide insights for service enhancement. Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent customer experience. Stay updated on our products and industry trends to provide well-informed support. Fluency in Polish is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Previous experience in customer success, account management, or related roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
