As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your friendly and solution-oriented approach will help ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless support experience. Your Responsibilities Deliver high-quality support to Polish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot any technical issues customers may encounter. Offer guidance on product features and assist customers in utilizing our services to their fullest potential. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system. Work collaboratively with team members to escalate complex issues and improve support processes. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills. Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering outstanding customer service. Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple inquiries. A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn new skills. Team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude toward helping others.
