Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Industry: Manufacturer and distributor of edible cannabis products
As a Production Assistant, you will support the candy-making and edible production process from start to finish. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where temperatures may fluctuate. Please dress accordingly.
Monitor product mixtures and ensure proper temperature throughout production
Pour mixtures into kettles; buckets may weigh up to 55 pounds
Move product through the manufacturing process, including transporting barrels to scales (barrels weigh up to 120 pounds)
Document and record temperatures, weights, batch details, and other manufacturing data
Communicate clearly and efficiently both verbally and in writing
Move finished product into storage areas
Manage and adjust temperature and humidity levels in the cold room
Maintain quality standards and follow production procedures
Assist with basic maintenance of production equipment
Clean and sanitize the production area to maintain a safe work environment
