🔨 Project Manager (Structural Steel)
📍 Nashville, TN area
💵 $80K–$100K Base + 20% Bonus
(Must be a US citizen + Green card holder)
🏗️ What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage structural steel projects from start to finish. You’ll be in charge of keeping everything moving — from field measuring and scheduling to client coordination and estimating small change orders.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Run projects from award to completion (detailing ➝ fab ➝ erection)
- Conduct field measurements for existing structures and retrofits
- Coordinate with detailers, erectors, shop managers, and GCs
- Estimate small to mid-sized change orders (large ones go to Jerry)
- Maintain project timelines and handle change orders as needed
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- Strong structural steel knowledge (components, drawing interpretation, estimating)
- Hands-on field experience — you should be just as comfortable with a tape measure as with a spreadsheet
- Excel proficiency (we use paper drawings — no fancy software here)
- Familiarity with small to mid-sized steel shops (bonus if you’re local to Tennessee)
