Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Duration: 6-12 Months Contract to hire

Location: Hybrid at Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX (No Relocations)

MUST HAVES for this one:

o Functional Manual testing

o UI and API integration testing

o Experience of working on eCommerce (B2B/B2C)

o Experience of JIRA Test Management tools

o Strong knowledge of Test Automation in Selenium/Playwright

o Strong knowledge of API testing in Postman/Rest Assured

o Strong API/Services testing ability of building mock services for testing

o Strong knowledge on Mockito or similar framework

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive manual functional testing to validate application behavior across various workflows and use cases.
• Perform UI and API integration testing, ensuring seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams in eCommerce (B2B/B2C) environments to validate business-critical features and customer journeys.
• Design, write, and maintain test cases and test plans using JIRA test management tools to track test progress and defects.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright, ensuring scalable and repeatable testing processes.
• Perform API testing using Postman and/or Rest Assured, validating service contracts, data integrity, and performance.
• Build and manage mock services to simulate API endpoints and support robust services testing.
• Apply Mockito or similar frameworks to create effective unit and integration test scenarios within service-level testing.
