What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct market research and maintain broker/owner contacts to aid in deal sourcing
• Track and manage prospective deal pipelines and assist with due diligence processes
• Support financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and KPI monitoring for properties
• Prepare financial reports for review meetings and provide analytics for senior management
• Research land development projects and monitor macroeconomic trends impacting rent levels

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 0-2 years of work experience in a relevant role
• Strong analytical skills with a quantitative mindset and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
