What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Conduct market research and maintain broker/owner contacts to aid in deal sourcing
Track and manage prospective deal pipelines and assist with due diligence processes
Support financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and KPI monitoring for properties
Prepare financial reports for review meetings and provide analytics for senior management
Research land development projects and monitor macroeconomic trends impacting rent levels

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
0-2 years of work experience in a relevant role
Strong analytical skills with a quantitative mindset and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with financial modeling and resident analytics
Familiarity with real estate markets and property management practices
Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
