As a Real Estate Analyst, you’ll support Maverik’s growth by researching and analyzing potential new store locations, preparing presentations with maps, financials, and site details, and assisting with contracts and agreements. This position is based at our Salt Lake City headquarters with a hybrid schedule, requiring four days in the office each week and the option to work from home one day. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Leads the preparation of presentations for potential acquisitions and development projects, incorporating maps, demographics, site plans, pro forma analysis, market performance, and city code requirements. Conducts in-depth research on city processes, meeting agendas, and key stakeholders, providing strategic insights to support development initiatives. Develops, manages, and enhances databases to track and analyze strategic market information for decision‑making. Prepares detailed financial models, projections, and acquisition analyses to evaluate new opportunities. Coordinates with Real Estate and Legal teams to draft and review LOIs, PAs, and contract modifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with deal strategy. Role Requirements This role is cell phone stipend eligible and supports a 24/7 operation. Occasional after‑hours, weekend, or holiday work may be required to respond to urgent issues or service calls. Overnight and daily travel up to 10%. Qualifications: Education Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Community & Regional Planning, Business or Finance preferred; associate’s degree will also be considered. Qualifications: Experience 1+ years of experience in real‑estate development, acquisitions, or investment analysis, ideally in retail, commercial, or convenience store environments. Experience with built space and ground‑up development. Qualifications: Team Member Leadership Skills Communicates clearly and respectfully with peers and leaders. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000/year and Bonus Opportunities The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
