Anchor Health Homecare Services is looking for a motivated  Recruiter to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and experienced in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Post and manage job ads across multiple platforms
• Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates
• Schedule and coordinate high volume interviews
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support the team with various recruitment-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting or HR experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in scheduling and applicant tracking tools
• Must be able to start  immediately

Location: Brooklyn, NY (On-site)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $21 – $24 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time
