Registered Nurse/Outpatient Clinic: Duration:13 Weeks

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (09:00 - 17:30)
Description: Registered Nurse - Outpatient Clinic provides direct patient care in a clinical setting, assisting with exams, administering medications, and performing routine procedures. They support physicians, educate patients about treatments, and manage follow-up care. The RN ensures smooth patient flow and maintains accurate medical records. Excellent communication and organizational skills are key in this role.
The LMA Clinic serves patients across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatric patients. The RN will be responsible for handling telephone triage calls, MyChart messages, prescription refills, and prior authorizations. They may also be required to assist with rooming and providing patient care for four attending physicians, several residents, and a nurse practitioner who will be joining the team next month.
IL License in Hand Required
EPIC Required
Does not accept first time travelers
Phone Triage Experience Required
All Age Groups RN will be Rooming patients, taking vitals Possible blood draws vaccine & medication administration form completions.
