Now Hiring: Restaurant General Manager – Dallas Area

What You’ll Do:

As a General Manager, you’ll oversee a team of 25–50 employees and 2–5 assistant/shift managers. You’ll be hands-on with daily operations and lead efforts in guest relations, staff development, inventory, and financial performance.

• Work approximately 70% opening shifts, 20% closing, 10% mid-shifts
• Manage restaurant P&L, control food and labor costs
• Hire, train, and develop staff
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain safety, food quality, and cleanliness standards
• Support local marketing and community outreach
• Assist with new store openings and team development

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience (fast-casual or café-style preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handler card and ServSafe certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and POS systems
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of CBC Management Training Program
• Experience with Situational Leadership or similar development programs
• Background in catering sales, outreach, and community engagement
