Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of the restaurant's operations. To be a successful Restaurant General Manager you must first build an exceptional team, Recruiting, hiring, training, developing, mentoring, and maintaining a quality staff leads to consistent turnout on all levels from the Front of House to the Back of House. Administrative duties include but are not limited to strong P&L analysis skills, cost control, completing financial reports in a timely manner, delegating throughout the rest of the management team, and maintaining staff files. Our Restaurant General Manager should have a positive attitude and be goal-oriented and results-driven.
