**The opportunity** Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Retail Supervisors to join our team at Petco Park in San Diego, California. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures. All team members receive benefits including: + Weekly pay + Employee assistance program + Training and development opportunities + Employee discounts + Flexible work schedules Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement. **What will you do?** + Supervise retail team members and complete store operational needs by scheduling employees and following up on work results + Open and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards + Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations + Monitor store floor and assist with guests needs + Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays **More about you** + Must be at least 18 years old + Previous cash handling experience and basic math skills required + Previous experience working with point of sale system required + High school diploma or GED required + Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred **Physical requirements** + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds + Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions + Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders **Shift details** Day shift Evening shift Event based Weekends Holidays **Who we are** Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at Petco Park since dating back to 2004.
