We are a newly developed subscription service based in Alexandria that matches homeowners with our highly and carefully vetted contractors. Our service covers over 130+ home-service categories and offers everything from architecture to yard work, from appliance repair to waterproofing.
Homeowners pay a low monthly subscription for:
Personalized matching to our pre-screened contractors based on project details uploaded on our easy to use platform.
A personalized home-maintenance dashboard with automated reminders.
Optional warm introduction scheduling between homeowners and contractors.
Every residential home needs this service - no niche, no seasonality, nearly zero “unqualified leads”.
Compensation
20% residual commission on every paid subscription. Yes, residual commissions!
Your clients stay your clients, so each payment from them results in recurring commission for you.
Realistic first-year earnings: $70,000 - $130,000.
Opportunity for well over $180,000 (first year) for highly driven sales people.
Draw against commission - We do not recoup your draw!
W-2 employment.
5 weeks of annual vacation.
What You’ll Do Every Day:
Knock targeted neighborhoods.
Deliver a 3-5 minute presentation about the service.
Sign up homeowners on the spot using our tablet-based platform.
Who Thrives Here
2+ years proven door-to-door experience (solar, security, pest control, roofing, home services, storm sales, etc.)
Track record of hitting or exceeding quota in commission-based roles.
Professional appearance and reliable transportation.
Comfortable working afternoons and Saturdays.
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
