Job type : Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Salary : $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job description

• Maintaining responsibility for maintenance planning and scheduling; assisting the client as requested.
• Answer incoming calls in a customer friendly and professional manner by expressing a greeting and identifying company and self.
• Assist in the monitoring (attendance tracking)
• Staff client's requests, matching the needs and preferences of the clients with skills and personalities of the clinicians.
• Update schedules in the system
• Update software system with client and caregiver notes as needed.
• Research and brainstorm solutions to services problems, complaints, and scheduling gaps.
• follow -up on client and clinicians’ issues to make sure they are resolved.
• Share on-call duties to resolve e evening and weekend issues.
• Complete all required training in a timely manner and develop proficiency in software system.
• Communication effectively with clients and their families, caregivers, office staff, managers, and the publics.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and write English professionally.
• Warm Telephone manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with compassion and patience.
• Enjoy working with people from around the worked with diverse cultural and language backgrounds.
• High School Diploma, college a plus.
• Experience in home health care scheduling a plus.
• 1 year Experience
• Kinnser Software Experience
