Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving K-12 students in a single school setting located in Flint, MI. This role operates on a continuous school year (CSY) schedule with the opportunity to begin as soon as possible. The position involves working with an itinerant caseload model, providing therapy services directly and indirectly with access to a dedicated therapy space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-12
• Manage an itinerant caseload within one school building
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Complete required documentation and participate in paid team meetings and administrative duties
• Utilize the districts IEP system (training provided) to track and report student progress

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP certification/license to practice in Michigan
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to manage an itinerant caseload and work independently
• Familiarity with compliance and documentation related to special education services
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
