Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Agile Coaching: Mentor and support scrum teams in following agile practices and principles.
• Project Management: Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using agile methodology. Ensure alignment between technical teams and business goals.
• Issue and Risk Management: Identify, manage, and resolve issues, risks, and action items.
• Jira Management: Utilize Jira for tracking stories, epics, and overall project progress. Ensure proper setup and usage of Jira Align for dependency management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical insights and support to the team, leveraging experience with Google Cloud Services.
• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate inspect and adapt discussions to help teams improve continuously.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Agile Project Management: Proven track record of managing agile projects and delivering successful outcomes.
• Agile Methodologies: Extensive experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Scrum Master Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Jira Expertise: Proficient in using Jira for project tracking and management. Experience with Jira Align is a plus.
• Google Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Services including but not limited to Google Cloud Datastream, Google Cloud DataFlow, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Composer, Google Cloud Run
• Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development processes and tools. Experience in programming languages such as Python and S
