Our Data Science team is an integral part of Norwest and works on numerous projects pre- and post-investment. The team leverages both public and proprietary data to help identify new investment opportunities, support due diligence, and optimize performance of portfolio companies. This team also designs and implements software and tools to drive internal processes. What we do relies on conducting exploratory analysis and research, as well as collaborating with the broader NVP team to implement key insights. We deeply understand that data is only valuable when it’s used to drive real decisions and we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to play a key role in partnering cross-functionally to produce material impact by bringing data science and analytics into every stage of the investment process.
