Established 30 years ago in Annapolis, MD — and with offices in Charlottesville, VA, Middleburg, VA, Washington, DC and New York, NY — Purple Cherry Architects is a high-end custom residential architecture and interior design firm serving clients across the country.

We seek a talented, highly creative, and energetic full-time Senior Design Architect to join the growing, fast-paced team in our Charlottesville office. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in exterior and interior architecture, a keen understanding of structural concepts and building principles, a great sketch hand, the ability to ensure that schematic design concepts and intentions are correctly implemented by studio team members, a strong familiarity with interior design, and a command of how BIM technology is utilized throughout the design process.

We are looking for a well-rounded and personable professional with leadership skills and strong client relations skills. The ideal candidate is motivated, flexible, and outgoing, and performs well in a team-oriented studio environment.

*Your Qualifications*

* Degree in Architecture from an accredited university
* 7+ years of experience
