What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Care Building Services Director, you will lead the Building Services and Security Departments and oversee the community’s Safety Program. You’ll ensure the smooth operation of all buildings and grounds, including general services, building administration, and security functions. By maintaining the highest standards, you’ll create an environment that is safe, functional, and welcoming, while fostering strong relationships with residents, staff, and visitors.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday daytime hours, with evening and weekend availability as needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment
  • This position requires you to have experience in a healthcare environment and knowledge of CMS-recognized NFPA 101 Life Safety Code
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
