Senior Recruiter

As an award-winning strategy, consulting and contract staffing firm servicing the Texas market, we are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. Primary responsibilities will include contacting, screening and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates at our client sites. The ideal candidate would possess a dynamic personality and the ability to build relationships with good communication skills. The Recruiter will assist in development and implementation of our recruiting strategies and processes, while working closely with our management team. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and contact potential candidates, qualify them based on job requirements, and manage the candidate pipeline.
• Schedule interviews, brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
• Maintain timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
• Present qualified candidates to our management team
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors and employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous recruiting experience
• Excellent written and oral (phone) communication skills a MUST.
• PC literate in Windows environment including MS Office and the internet.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong networks.
• Self-confidence combined with openness to learning and applying new skills and concepts.
• Bachelor's degree is desired but not required.
