As an SEO & Website Specialist at Autobahn Fort Worth, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the digital presence of all dealership and group websites. You will be responsible for improving search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing user experience. This position requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, technical website management, and a data-driven mindset to drive lead generation and online performance.

As an SEO & Website Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for multiple dealership and group websites.
• Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimizing website content, metadata, images, and on-page elements for search engine visibility.
• Monitoring and improving website performance, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
• Performing regular technical SEO audits and resolving issues as needed.
• Collaborating with content creators, digital advertising specialists, and third-party vendors to ensure cohesive online strategies.
• Managing website updates, changes, and enhancements via various CMS platforms.
• Analyzing website traffic and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Preparing and presenting monthly SEO and website performance reports with actionable insights.
• Staying current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital best practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in SEO and website management, preferably in multi-location or automotive retail environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire).
• Proven experience with both on-page and technical SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with schema markup, site structure, and local SEO best practices.

Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in automotive dealership marketing.
• Experience with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Basic understanding of paid search (Google Ads) and its integration with SEO.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
