We are still family owned and operated, and you can often find Mr. Anthony out and about in the restaurants.

We are looking for full or part-time servers with availability between the hours of 11am-9:30pm. Weekends are needed. Shifts may run from 11am-8pm or 2pm to 9:30pm.

About the Role:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive relationships with patrons. Additionally, you will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our restaurant.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Experience working in a restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with guests and team members, ensuring a smooth dining experience. Attention to detail is crucial when taking orders and serving food, as it helps maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Time management skills will enable you to prioritize tasks and serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
