Overview

Social Media Manager at Aquent. The role involves developing and executing the organic social media platform strategy for a core social media platform, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Manage the content pipeline, optimize performance, identify new opportunities, and actively participate in real-time trend monitoring and reactive content creation to foster strong community engagement.

Base pay range

$70.00/hr - $91.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organic social media strategy for a core platform, aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage the content pipeline, optimize performance, identify opportunities, monitor trends, and create reactive content to drive community engagement.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in social media/channel management, with a strong focus on short-form video content
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies
• Experience at large consumer brands, ideally tech experience and/or interest in AI
• Deep understanding of internet culture and norms across social platforms
• Pulse on social conversation and trends
• Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Experience with Sprinklr and native publishing to social media platforms
