Job Overview
Were seeking motivated, outgoing individuals, who are driven for success to join our team as Solar Door-to-Door appointment setters. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy and scheduling qualified appointments for our top solar consultants.

Key Responsibilities
• Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversations about solar energy
• Clearly explain the benefits of switching to solar, including potential cost savings and environmental impact.
• Qualify homeowners through basic questions (Roof condition, electricity usage, etc..)
• Schedule in home appointments
• Track leads/appointments through our CRM system
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, high energy and resilience in the face of rejection
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended period
• Previous D2D experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
