Employment Type: Contract Work Schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH Summary: The Sr. Digital Content Manager leads the development and execution of a US content strategy for a luxury beauty brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all B 2B and B 2C channels. This role partners with global marketing to localize content and create original materials tailored to US market needs and go-to-market plans. The position requires strategic leadership, creativity, team management, and budget oversight. Develop and implement a US content strategy aligned with global direction. Oversee creation of diverse content formats: video, photography, social media, website copy, educational materials, sales collateral, and influencer content. Adapt global brand messaging for the US audience while maintaining alignment with the overall brand voice. Collaborate cross-functionally with US leadership and marketing teams to integrate content into business plans. Lead content for new product launches and US marketing campaigns. Manage, mentor, and develop the US content production team. Oversee budget and vendor relationships for US content production. Implement emerging technologies and industry best practices, including generative AI tools. Track KPIs to measure and optimize content effectiveness in the US market. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 8-10+ years experience in content production/management, social media/influencer strategy (preferably in skincare or beauty). Proven success with B 2B and B 2C content strategies. Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and messaging. Familiarity with scientific/medical skincare terminology is a plus. Experience with digital editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
