Pride Health is hiring a Clinical Lab Technologists to support our client, in Rochester, MN . In this role, you will perform detailed analyses on blood, tissue, and body fluids to support healthcare providers in diagnosing, treating, and monitoring patients.

Job Summary:

Your work will involve both manual and automated testing using advanced laboratory instrumentation. You will also assist in troubleshooting assays, maintaining instruments, evaluating test accuracy, and supporting overall laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses on clinical specimens with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and assay systems.
• Participate in quality assurance to ensure test results meet accuracy and compliance standards.
• Work with multiple computer systems to retrieve patient information and document results.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols when handling infectious specimens and hazardous materials.
• Assist with specimen collection as needed.
• Adapt to varying schedules, including potential off-shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related biological science.
• Ability to deliver accurate results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Preferred:

• Experience operating and troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation and assay systems.

Additional Information: Location: Rochester, MN 55902 Schedule: Monday – Friday (Every other Saturday) | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 8:30 AM start times vary) Length: 13 Weeks
