Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring NRP and EFM certifications and at least two years of L&D experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Position is in the Labor and Delivery unit within a hospital setting
• Typical patient ratios are 1:3-4
• Work schedule consists of 12-hour day shifts (7:00-19:00), including weekends
• Floating may be required between similar units within the facility
• No on-call responsibilities
• Assignment duration is 13 weeks
• First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
• Local candidates are accepted with no radius restrictions
• Requests for time off are limited to one request during the assignment
• Block scheduling is not available

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active MD or compact RN license required
• Minimum of two years' recent Labor and Delivery experience
• Current certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
• At least two professional references needed for consideration
• Copies of driver’s license and Social Security card required
