· Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science/certified as MT by ASCP, HEW, AMT, NCA
· High school diploma or equivalent/ completion of training or certification in phlebotomy from a recognized program

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Blood Banking experience
