FanFare Management is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Virtual Assistant** to help with client messaging, content posting, and day-to-day office support tasks. ### **Responsibilities**
* Send and reply to client messages professionally and quickly.
* Post and schedule content on social media platforms (training provided).
* Assist with basic admin and office tasks such as organizing files, updating trackers, and maintaining Google Sheets.
* Ensure proper spelling, grammar, and tone in all written communication.
* Follow company guidelines when messaging or managing content.
* Report daily activity through **Time Doctor** for oversight and transparency.
* Communicate with the management team through Slack or other company tools.
### **Requirements**
* Strong English writing and spelling skills (a must).
* Fast and accurate typing ability.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
* Experience in online customer service, content posting, or administrative work preferred.
* Comfortable working with sensitive or mature (18+) content in a professional manner.
* Willing to learn and follow detailed instructions.
* Organized, proactive, and dependable.
