Warehouse Associate – Garner, NC

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Range: $18.00–$19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift)
Location: Garner, NC
Benefits: Weekly Pay + Medical & Dental Coverage

About the Role

We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented warehouse professionals to join a growing team in Garner, NC. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and benefits. Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics, material handling, and warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities

• Select, pick, process, and pack customer orders
• Sort and store goods within warehouse inventory
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and riding pallet jacks
• Accurately enter data for inventory tracking
• Excellent written and oral communication

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or material handling
• Experience operating equipment: forklift, reach truck, pallet jack
• Strong math and counting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with a consistent work history

Preferred Qualifications

12+ months of order picking and equipment operation

Experience with sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers

Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Dependable with a proven work history
