As a part of our family, you will play a crucial role in welcoming guests, managing their information, and ensuring their stay is delightful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of hotel guest account information through general bookkeeping
• Handle customer complaints effectively
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare guest rooms
• Manage room bookings, answer inquiries, and provide information about available rooms and amenities
• Welcome, check-in, and check out guests, distribute keys, and record credit card information

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in hospitality preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
