Business Strategy / Management Consultant (Associate)

Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

One of our Global Financial Services Clients is currently seeking to add headcount to their Business Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Strategic Planning, benchmarking analysis, Management Consulting, and thoughtful strategic road mapping for firm growth moving forward.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading on key aspects of strategic business solutions whose intent are to improve business continuity and continually explore new options with regards to operational design and execution
• Work with project management (PMO) team on functional efficiencies with respect implementing best practices
• Manage program dependencies between projects and milestones
• Conduct research to inform and guide solutions
• Implement engagement finance dashboard allowing senior leadership to monitor program financial health, budget forecasts, and profitability across all teams within firm
• Lead strategic partnerships and advise Management Team on deal structures and negotiations
• Present due diligence/potential risks/ and make recommendations to Investment Committee
• Review and monitor Private Equity Data/Risk metrics
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors
• Prepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimates

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years most recent experience Banking or Management Consulting, Financial Services Experience;
• Private Equity/M&A/ Investment Banking (Insurance) strongly preferred
• Top Academic pedigree
• MBA highly desirable
• Corporate Development/M&A/Transaction Advisory
• Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
